Multiple studies find the proteins in milk/dairy to directly turn on cancer cell gene expression. I would call that a monster health hazard.

But yes, I do agree that the majority of health issues in our country are directly related to diet.

Dairy has also been shown to reduce certain cancers such as bladder and colorectal cancers.  so it is kind of a mixed bag. Also fermented dairy microbes show positive effects in gut health.

Did you read that study. They cite a meta study that shows that increased milk protein intake increases prostate cancer risks. Basically the same thing as the study I posted.

I did, that's why I said it's a mixed bag. it has increased causes of prostrate cancer but also can reduce rates of colorectal and bladder cancer.

Those are two very different studies. The one I posted has a direct cause/effect result. They fed cancers cells milk protein for two weeks and they started growing, then they fed them plant protein and the cancer shrunk. They did this repeated times with the same results every time. They could turn the cancer expression on/off like a light switch. The study you posted was purely observational. They looked at diets that higher amounts of milk consumption and lower results of certain cancers. However, observational studies are notorious for not being able to isolate other factors, like the fact that people who drink milk regularly probably consume less processed foods and probably eat more veggies. The meat and dairy industry fund observational studies all the time to "find' results that they can tout to say their product is good for you. No different than the tainted studies and trials that big pharma does to get their pills and vaccines approved.

I honestly think it's a combination of unprecedented things. People dying of routine stuff that is normally treated but went untreated/undiagnosed for 18months is well documented. That ain't conspiracy, that's just a statistical fact.  Jab related stuff totally reasonable to attribute some to that. A certain number of people die from the flu shot every year. What is the % or the population that gets the flu shot? Betting it is MUCH less than the number that got the jab. Do the math... the higher the number of people that do a thing, the higher number that will have X as a result. Again statistical fact.

I LOVE milk. Guess I'm not gonna live forever then. Darn.

Quote from: YoDoug post_id=18564 time=1637242684 user_id=58The current health trajectory of America is not good. If we keep allowing big food and big pharma to buy and control the FDA and USDA we will see a point in the next few generations where the average lifespan drops down into the 60's.

Wifey who looks into all this, says ALL dairy is bad for consumption.
Also, red meat is the worst, and smoked meat is the worst of the worst (cariogenic).
Lots of reading of paperss etc etc.....

Not all dairy and red meat is bad, just the dairy and most all meats from the factory farms. Corn is the major contributor of the bad factory meats and is bad for almost all mammals.

Oh, but, it's, safe....

This is the reason I told my pregnant wife she is NOT getting the booster.
