Congrats. If he is a talker, may I suggest "Let's go Brandon" as the first phrase to teach him.

Yeah hes a talker for sure
The usually "Hi", "Hello", he waves, dances and says "fucker"
The potty training is coming along nicely, dont care for a big bird pooping on me

When I was a kid the house two houses over had a parrot that would mimic their kids. In the spring/fall when the windows were open you would here "Mommmmm" and "I'm Telling" all day long.

I had a Severe Macaw About 15 years ago.  He was a chatty little thing and had quite the mouth on him. :lol:  

While I was on vacation I had a girlfriend watching him. I hadn't clipped his wings in a while so I told her not to take him outside. She did anyway and he flew away.  Did I forget to mention that she's and ex girlfriend.  

Raising birds is a lot of work.  I don't think that I would have the patience for it anymore.  Those Macaws are awesome. Super intelligent.
