Mastercam 2022

I have a complex multi-axis part with about 75 construction (C&T) planes.
I need to mirror the planes (about the Top Plane COR) for the opposite hand part.
Is there an easy way to do this?

wild assed guess here
If you mirror a solid, the planes used to create should mirror
if you transform/mirror your toolpaths, the tool planes used in those toolpaths will mirror as well

Thanks G, that should work.
Only 476 operations, not too bad....

Experimenting with Transform Mirror Toolpath.
I have multiple stock models throughout driving many Optirest toolpaths.
I select 30 operations for a test, It creates new operations but not new Stock Models.
It looks like the paths are correct, still need to run Simulation.
It IS creating the mirror planes :htu:

I guess I just select them all, go home for the evening and see what I have in the Morning..... ;D

This is a disaster.
I've tried multiple ways of mirroring and had varying amounts of success.
Finally came down to manually mirroring all the planes and updating the toolpaths one by one.
If they would just add a "mirror all planes" button in the Planes Manager.

Mirror has never been a good way to go...as you're seeing it creates ALL kinds of issues...

You can try to mirror the path and create a new op...it's just almost never cut & dry, especially on more complex things.

I found the results were a lot worse when using splines and mirroring
