We're averaging between $450 and $500 a week at the grocery stores right now. We used to average around $350 a week.

My wife makes meals on the weekend that last us almost all week
soups, roasts mostly we are not big eaters.
We went to Texas Roadhouse last weekend food and drinks, $70
brought enough home to last the weekend

I've never stepped foot in a Whole Foods but you're close. We do shop at Earth Fare. They have very good prices and grass fed / organic meat along with other organic foods.
