Great jam on "Memphis"....song starts around 9:45 and takes a while to get to the solo.....

I'm not sure if this will resonate (sorry-bad pun) with folks here, as it's about "jazz", and it's in the NYT (gasp!), but it just seems so spot-on that I figured I ought to say *something.*

I absolutely love knowing that other folks (actual musicians, not just enthusiastic listeners) enjoy guys like Ben Monder, Danny Gatton, Ted Greene, etc!

And I love how DG is kinda hard to pin down anyway....it's jazz, blues, country all at once!
