You ain't RACIST, are ya?

I bought several of his albums, back in the day, he has gone downhill since then.
Eminem could have been the greatest, but to be really great you have to Transcend things like race and politics.
Tupac and Biggie were bigger in life, and we were worse off without them..

True.
I still respect his talent though. Same with Neil Young, grade A dooshbag but has some damn good songs in his library.
Spotify won that round lol.

Saw him in concert 3 or 4 times.  You can't argue he isn't a great entertainer.  Always had a great time... I think  8)

I agree, they were both 'bigger-than-life' personalities.
It's too bad they couldn't transcend things like petty arguments.
If they could, they may both still be here.

But that's the downside of the hardcore rap culture.
The slightest little 'disrespect' can get someone shot, then there is retaliation, and so on...
It's all about the street cred, and everything else is secondary.

Yes, they were the two top artists in their field at the time, but the way I understand it was that it got personal between them, and any sense of professionalism went out the window when the bullets started flying.

I never was a fan of rap music in general, but to see two young men cut down like that is tragic in and of itself, no matter what they did for a living.
