Added EMC smileys and a new dark theme.

The EMC smileys are added.  There is a 'more' button next to the standard emoticons. Click that and it will open up the old EMC emoticons.



I also added a new dark theme. I'm not a themer so take the theme for what it's worth. I copied a theme from someone else and modified it to 'sorta' resemble EMC.  It's not close but I hope it's close enough?    This should get us by until more themes come out.

Let me know if you find any bugs.  Again, I don't make themes so it could be buggy. I can make minor changes if needed.  My theming skills are pretty limited at this point so don't expect much.

If you guys notice some changes in the fusion theme fonts and minor changes in the themes appearance, that is just me trying to make make it a little more old man eyes friendly.

I don't know about that? 

I think that there are browser plugins that allow you to use custom sylesheets for specific websites if you want. I remember something like 'stylish' for Firefox back in the day.

The forum still has the original light theme installed. It's too bright for me.    I plan on making a toned down softer version of it in the future if I get some free time.

As far as I can tell, you can only get a listing of 'new' posts since your last visit. There is nothing built in to the forum to show the last 20 most recent posts or such. 

Obviously, it's built in to the portal. The portal blocks can be added to just about anywhere on the forum. The problem with that, is that not everyone want's the same layout.  One person may want to see the last 20 posts listed on the front page and others may find it distracting.

I could probably create a block that shows up on the bottom of the index page that lists the last 10 or 20 posts. I'm not sure how convenient that would be since you would have to scroll to the bottom of the page to see them?
