How the heck are they going to develop an electric truck or 18 wheeler that will haul heavy loads?

Tesla has them, in testing now. Planning on a 2023 production release. They work better, stronger, and much faster than a diesel.

Here's an actual video of one on the road

Then you are out $100 in gas and an $800 bill for a new gas tank

TeeHee !! I went to my Local auto parts store and asked for a locking cap.

The stoopid woke cashier says "Ya know they can pry that off with a screwdriver"?

I said, "so he had a weapon in his hands"??

Sounds like "Lawful Force" ;D

$6.29 for premium at the local Chevron station.
That station has always had the highest prices and I never buy gas there.
My local Shell station was $5.89 yesterday.
I've been filling up as soon as I get below half a tank these days.
I am old enough to remember gas lines and brawls for a place at the pump.

Regular got up to $4.29 a few days ago but went down to $4.25 and has been holding steady since.
Using MC2023

Same on the left side of our State. There was talk over the weekend about temporarily removing the gas tax. The tax is a hard number 27¢? so it won't change regardless of the price and a lot of our roads are bad enough already.

Oil around $95 a barrel after recent selling. Can it sustain? Will we see lower gas prices soon? (don't hold your breath)

Nope anything to gain profits will never be reduced by the greedy oil companies and State and Federal Governments.

Biden has already made the U.S. Dollar worthless.

It can never be worthless as long as it's the only currency oil is traded with. Once that's over, then it's the Weimar Republic all over again.
