We have a few routers here that use Fanuc controls. For some reason when runn a tool if you change rpm's from one cut to another it alarms out if an M03 is posted with the change in rpm's. Is there a way to not post additional M03's in a setting or is it a post change?

Thanks

JParis

If you use a *sm03 in the post you can force it out

Force an output of M03?

We want to suppress any additional M03's.

Sorry, I read it too quick...

It's sounds like it's being forced out...find where it's coming from and remove the * on the spindle call

Do that one myself. Like he said need to find the forced call section of the spindle speed and remove the * post might have a force and non force of spindle speed need to see how it is controlling it to get it when you change direction, but not speed.
