So, the Babylon Bee was kicked off twitter because of their offensive tweet labeling a biological male transgender person, "Man of the Year"

Twitter said that even though the article was satire it was offensive and disallowed.

made me wonder what they would allow, which is almost anything you want to say about a conservative.

I think a few female athletes are going to get together and file a discrimination lawsuit against the NCAA for violating their rights under Title IX.
I'm not sure how their lawyers will go about it, but Title IX is supposed to protect against sex based discrimination in any school that receives federal funding.

There was a bill introduced in the House by Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) in 2020, and reintroduced by Rep Greg Steube (R-FL) in 2021, but I don't believe any action has been taken on it.

The essence of both bills call for the extension of Title IX protection to be applied to create basic standards of fairness in high school and college athletics by requiring all athletes to be allowed to only compete against others of their same biological gender at birth.
