Anyone who harasses  people just to get views on tik tok or what ever outlet, deserves to get punched in the face. It surprises me that there are people out there that think doing that is ok and the people being harassed are the ass holes when they lose their shit.

I'm not surprised, these kids grew up with the anonymity of the internet and not having to be held accountable for their actions. So they get a reality check when they get knocked the fuck out.

If that is the case, that is simple assault, and he does have the right to defend himself.

There is video of the incident and there were plenty of eyewitnesses, so if assault charges are filed it will be up to a judge and / or a jury to decide.

Recipient guy probably won't have trouble finding a lawyer because it would be a high profile celebrity case.
Those sleazy defense lawyers love them some free face time on tv, so they would probably not charge the client unless there was a settlement.

Sad part is that I would be willing to bet Mike Tyson is practically broke anyway.
After his association with Don King, he probably doesn't have a pot to piss in, as meh Gran would say.
