...And promptly ignored once COVID hit.
Hippa went out the window as soon as employers and businesses began to ask people about their vaccination status.

Primary voting today... How convenient it leaks the day before.

Yup.
The Dems need shock value to have any chance of keeping the House and Senate in November, so there it is.

They haven't done it yet despite constantly threatening to. Maybe they learned something from their Supreme filibuster clusterfuck.

even if they had killed the filibuster, they still could not pass a nation wide abortion rights bill
It would pass in the house but they don't have 51 votes in the Senate

I wonder if a national abortion right bill would be able to make it through a tenth amendment lawsuit.

not in this Supreme Court... the majority actually believes in and upholds the Constitution

It will be interesting to see what the SC has to say... nothing so far.
I'll bet the fur is flying behind the scenes though

I don't think that "politicians" and "learned something from their mistakes" should even be in the same conversation.  :D

I'll believe Roe V. Wade gets overturned when I see it.

The leaker should face a firing squad. I'd be more than happy to volunteer my ammo and services... and sleep at night like a baby after doing so. What that individual did is SO destructive, so malicious, so heinous to the Republic, there is no redemption in this life for that. That was tantamount to treason, and there is only 1 fitting punishment for treason, and that is death by firing squad.
