I am Blessed. as for my last born I cannot say.

But my three sons and oldest daughter from two marriages. are Well connected.

They spend time often and refer to each other on a constant basis.

I am lucky,as they all know who their Father is.

It's interesting that unknown siblings are as common as they seem to be. I just met a half brother after more than a 60 year time span thru an odd combination of events. We knew about each others existence but never interacted except for a handful of times. He was about 4 at the time so he has no memory of me at all although I have one really clear memory of him and his younger sister. I don't know if he will want to strike up a relationship now and I will leave that up to him.

It's amazing how many family "secrets" there were/are....

I was surpised to find out that many more family members knew of my "situation" than I ever would have thought and long  before I was finally told.

That was the thing that I found weird about this situation.  This all unfolded over the weekend. My sister and my mom have always been very close and yet nobody, including my sister, knew about this.  My mothers own sister didn't know about it.

I'm still a little skeptical. I don't plan on perusing this any further.

I've got a cousin out there somewhere that nobody speaks of... because she was born in 1967 to my (teenage at the time) aunt. Not sure what her situation was growing up in her adopted family but my 3 aunts that are my mom's birth sisters... 2 plus my mom are a challenge to be around. It's their way or the highway. Conform or face the consequences. At least that's been my experience with them. My uncle was cool. The women in that family though... 

I've got 8 cousins on that side...7 of us make up the Black Sheep Squadron . The sellout.... is just a nutjob to the core. She lives back east somewhere. I think in the Carolinas. She wants to be like the old Battle Axes but she's by herself so we all just laugh at her as she tries to bully us and because we don't comply she just goes even crazier.
