I have read this and many other stories.  This white supremacist had shot and killed multiple people, including a retires officer.  He was still holding his weapon as police approached, yet they did not immediately shoot him at the first opportunity.  They talked him down and got him to surrender.

When a black man is holding a BB gun in Walmart that he intends to buy, in a constitutional carry state, and not threatening anyone, they shoot on sight.

This happens over and over and over and over again.

An unarmed black man puts his hand near his waistband, he gets shot dead.  A white man points a gun at a cop, he gets talked down.  If you don't believe there's bias in police response you have to be blind.
