I usually take fruit and sandwich fixin's from whatever leftovers are in the fridge. That and a thermos of coffee.

When do you see the Cardiologist? 

I've been eating eggs like that for as long as I can remember. My parents always had a jar of bacon grease in the fridge and would throw two or three heaping table spoons into the frying pan to start cooking the bacon and that's what I do to this day. No one in my family ever had a heart condition. In my opinion grease and fat is actually good for you. What is bad for you are grains. South Park had it right. "Turn the "pyramid " upside down.

If you want some really good eggs cook them in the bacon grease and spoon the grease over the eggs instead of flipping them.

Nope Tim is Right, That was my Old mans recipe. They are good.

I hit the pan with Butter first and cook slowly about 3 or 4 on the stove.

Flip once and tap the center , Over easy no slime and the yolk is perfect for dipping ,Links Bacon ,English muffin.

Better yet I throw two of my Over easys on a Few Pancakes with syrup.

For you Porn addicts (Neuro and Del) I call that a Threesome.

Add Bacon and I call it a four  Banger!!

My weakness is fried bologna sandwiches w/mayo and Original Lay's, I sometimes cheat and do the BBQ Lay's.

I could prolly eat those everyday for Life.

P.S. The tip is ya gotta almost Burn The Bologna. It's better charred.
