Unless something happened over the weekend that I am unaware of,  that is MC2023 PC1.
It is a full download.

PC1 = production candidate 1.

If mission critical issues are reported in PC1, there will be a PC2, sometimes even a PC3
Otherwise, PC1 will become the formal public release, some time in early June.

If you check the offical downloads, the PC1 is gone and there is a 2023 available as of 5/27

I heard they pulled the Pc1 right away from some reason, then I noticed this one, which appears to be the full version, but gcode knows more than me about the beta cycle because hes a beta tester

As have I since I dunno, about 2005 

I would not be the 1st time that a quiet release was done for several days before it gets announced as being released

I get the beta when its available to us regular folks, which is usually to late to catch the mistakes, if aNY

Even sometimes during the Beta cycle, things are caught that can't be addressed until a later point...it really depends on how critical it is...over the years, we have seen a couple of very late "show stoppers"....they don't happen often but every once in a while

They didn't but yes it looks released. Must be trying to impress Sandvik and have it released early.

I haven't gotten an email either. I am downloading it now. How buggy is it? I didn't take part in any of the beta testing. Lot's of improvements I hope. 2022 is a really good version for me, and it runs well on my computer. It seems like the first release of a new version is always buggy in my experience.

I think PC1 expired so they rushed out the formal release
I can launch PC1, but it won't do anything.
If I go to System Config/Help/About, it locks up
Does anyone have the email that announced PC1?
It will have the expiration date on it
I've deleted mine

We have just released Production Candidate 1 for Mastercam 2023 and Mastercam 2023 for SOLIDWORKS for your review. You can find the downloads on the Downloads site of my.mastercam.com: https://downloads.mastercam.com. The Production Candidate release is only available to Mastercam Resellers, Partners, and Beta Testers.



We encourage you to use the Tech Preview Forum on Mastercam.com to provide feedback.



Some notes on 2023 Production Candidate 1:       



Version information
Mastercam version number 25.0.13733.0.
Mastercam for SOLIDWORKS version number 25.0.13733.10.
A maintenance date of 05/31/2022 or later is required to run this product.
This version will NOT time out.
This is a standalone version and can be installed with other Mastercam versions on your machine. Prior versions of Mastercam 2023 must be uninstalled before using this build. Uninstallation instructions can be found below.
What's New and Resolved Issues can both be found after installation by clicking Start > Mastercam 2023. Please reference the What's New file to learn about the new features in Mastercam 2023.

and the Email on the release "just" arrived

Note: This is not the same build as Mastercam 2023 PC1. You will need to completely uninstall previously released versions of Mastercam 2023 and install the RTM version. A defect that was preventing Automatic Updates from functioning was resolved between PC1 and RTM.
