The clock is ticking.

Say what you think before all the data comes out.

"Evidence of a firearm has been recovered"

Rep. Brad Schneider, D-Ill., said he was at the start of the parade when the gunfire rang out.

"My team and I are safe and secure," he tweeted.

He added that he's committed "to do everything I can to make our children, our towns, our nation safer. Enough is enough!"

I'm gonna go with the guy passed a background check with flying colors.  Got at least a 50/50 shot, right?

Looks like he was trying to make it seem that he was a Trump supporter to fuel the libtard rage.
But it turns out he's just a fake poser piece of shit.

"Other documentation of the suspect shows him wearing a Trump flag around his neck, wearing a black hat with FBI embroidered in white, and smoking Camel cigarettes, The Daily Wire noted. He can also be seen at a Trump parade, where he was dressed like "Waldo" from the "Where's Waldo" cartoon book series.

Notably, though, a Twitter account using the alleged suspect's artist name shows "likes" indicating support for arresting Trump supporters who protested the results of the 2020 Presidential Election and rioted at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021."

In the 80's there were over 300 beds in mental institutions per 100,000 people in the US. Today, that number is around 14.

We don't have a gun problem in the US, we have a mental health problem in the US. Not only do we have people that TRULY need help, we have a TON of seriously mentally weak individuals in this country. People that can;t handle any sort of adversity. Can;t handle working though sadness. Loss. Normal shit. They want a pill to make 'em feel better.

Is that the case here? I have no idea. But it's the case all over America and we have a complicit medical establishment and willing pharmaceutical industry. Instead of a pill, doctors need to be telling people get up off your fat, lazy ass and DO something! Eat better. Stop drinking so much. Meth is bad. Cocaine is so 80's ... STOP IT! But no. Here's a (insert favorite psychotropic drug with black label warnings) and let's see if this makes you feel better. We'll fiddle with your dosages and hopefully you won't kill yourself or anybody else... but if you do, be sure you use a gun so we can ban them.

A lot of these mental health issues would be resolved if we didn't have such a parenting problem.

Is this a bad time to point out that..  nah, I can't do it.  :D  It was a bad joke anyway.

Unfortunately, it's pretty difficult to force people to parent their children. Even more difficult if they never wanted them in the first place. That includes fathers who abandon their families. Too many kids these days are raised by video games and social media.
I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

We have four kids. We have parented them all the same. They often said we were way stricter than their friends parents. Two parents, middle class, no drug or alcohol issues, no major money issues. A stable household, other than them having to switch school districts a couple years ago. Of our four kids three are pretty solid mental health-wise. They are all fairly conservative, or at least moderate in ideology. The fourth has bought into every liberal BS ideology hook line and sinker. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars on counseling, in-patient treatment, etc. The more she just sat on her phone on tiktok/twitter/insta/etc, the more miserable she was. She has finally started to grow into more of her own person and is doing much better now. I fully blame her issues on liberal BS that was taught and pushed in the schools. We tried just about everything you could as parents. IMO, that is why we have more and more disaffected youth and more mass shooter events.

What people fail to realize is that some problems just cannot be solved through legislation, regulation, litigation, throwing money at it, creating a program, or through any other conceivable  method and that's just. the. way. it. is. Period. End. Of. Story.

Hunger has been with us for millennia. Poverty has been with us for millennia. Murder has been with us for millenia. Bad parenting. Poor life choices. Etc... all bee with us since the dawn of time.

To think the shitbirds in our houses of government are going to make anything any better??  Seriously??  Pretty assumptive of them considering they can't even solve simple problems without creating more.
