Smit,
I guess I should add that the reason I called it a 'sad time' is because my wife and I prefer that NEITHER party control the House, Senate and WH. It keeps them from doing anything extreme.

I disagree with your assessment that this is Trump's fault.  I would say McConnell handed the senate to the Dems more than Trump did, when he didn't allow a vote on bumping the stimulus payments to 2K.  Regardless as to whether or not one agrees with the 2K stimulus payments, for the last week or so the Dems have been hammering home that if they were in charge the people would have already gotten their 2K....

I was going to make this exact same point.  I stated it back when McConnell held that up that it was a bad move politically with a GA runoff coming up.  I'm sure that was VERY fresh in peoples minds when they got their $600 stimulus a few days ago that if McConnell and the Repubs had voted that through that the $600 would have been $2000.  I'd be shocked with as narrow as the margins are turning out, that it could have swung the tide back to the R's.

It was probably also a factor...as with most things, it's rarely a simplistic answer...

These Senate races and Presidential election was won solely by heavy black metropolitan cities in support of Dem candidates .

Small cap stocks and banks ripping higher this morning. Big tech slumping but off their lows.

Tell me if I'm seeing that right or not.
Looking at the percentage of "votes in" the lower vote count is with a lower amount of voting % in. I didn't see a time stamp with the vote counts so that was all I had to go by but made it look like the the increase was with more total votes counted and the decrease was earlier in the counting process.

Dan, I guess I'm confused as to the point of this picture. Could you explain it? My wife and I watched the election totals all night long and didn't see anything unusual.

First video shows Perdue total votes @ 2,130,535 at the beginning of the clip.
It then switches to Loeffler total, then back to Perdue @ 10 seconds in.

Perdue total is now 2,125,535.

How does Perdue's total go DOWN by 5K in 10 seconds elapsed time, while Ossoff's total of 2,110,229 does not change?

People are claiming the same thing happened during the Presidential election, that Trump's totals dropped, but I haven't seen that documented as clearly as this video shows.

So how does one's total vote count go DOWN as more votes are coming in?
Please explain that...

Plus Jim, Reuters live feed confirmed this wasn't a glitch from the networks. All showed this "anomaly" in live time. Raises suspicions.
