It's got an OSP300 and some really cool looking optional features
It's got one for use with big insert endmills.
The laser presetter measures the runout and the control adjusts the feed rate to keep the fpt constant
That's pretty freaking cool
Why not a tilt-head like your YB1200? IIRC, the negative tilt side wasn't enough for some of the impeller's dished geometry. What was the spec you needed?

The VTM does not have enough travel to finish the vanes we build
The X axis limits out 2" past the C/l of the chuck.
I have figured out how to rough some of the flatter mellow vanes we build
which gives us the opportunity to combine one lathe operation with the vane roughing
but I haven't had a chance to try it yet
