Greetings
current trouble at the moment is a stuck tool changer. Some 1315 barrier alarm won't let me manually put the changer sequence back to home. There is usually and easy 1 step advance procedure.

no, but if you know a guy, i'd like to update that one which is really over the top with Jinglish.

Can you hold the interlock release softkey and 1 step advance it?

Yeah I did try that. The 1 step advance and reverse buttons are supposed to be illuminated when nothing is blocking the function but they are not. Holding interlock released. Didn't do anything.
One step advance button does blink if you push it but nothing happens obviously.
I was considering physically moving the arm but there's quite a drivetrain involved and not sure how to get a hold of anything.

Help!

Optional parameter 33. Already had the bit six set to a one so I guess that part of the instruction was already satisfied. No clue what that was supposed to do.

Just to be certain, there are 2 Interlock Release buttons. One is on the front panel, and the other is the soft key in the ATC menu.
May or may not work though since you have a barrier alarm that I haven't ran into before.

Not aware of a softkey for this.
OSP7000L.
 Thanks for the responses
edit: actually there is one hardkey on the generic OSP panel plus one under the 1 step adv./back.

I have not run a Macturn/Multus with a control older than an E100, however there are a few things about Okuma ATC that are consistent. If you are not getting an overload alarm but cannot step trhough it is usually a signal not being made/changed. My guess is that since the alarm is saying a zone is not correct that the current step may have physically moved into place but there is a sensor that is not agreeing with that move. The op and maintenance book should show a chart of the entire ATC sequence and all of the sensors that need to be made and at what steps. We have 4 multus machines and with those types of ATC hangups it is almost always a chip or sludge/grease build up on a sensor that is causing it. Sometime just taking an air gun and blowing off everything will clear the sensor. The sensors are either going to be prox sensors or laser/IR sensors. There is a particular laser sensor in the B series Multus that builds up sludge from dripping coolant and then it thinks the tool ready pot has not moved back to the magazine side when it physically has.

Oh, for some reason I was thinking of the OSP300M control.
