Tyler I am sorry to hear this. If you are still in San Diego and you two want to take ride up to the French Valley/Temecula to just get away. My Daughter's boyfriend works at Wilson's Creek Winery. I can see if they can get you a private taste testing if she can have wine. It is a nice area and they get 1500-2000 people a weekend there. I will be out of the country starting this Saturday for two weeks, but if you need anything please don't hesitate to reach out.

She and you both will be in my prayers.

Thanks Ron, I appreciate the offer - she still has a few more months of intense chemo, and while she can have wine she's not not drinking till she's cancer free just as a 'just in case'.  We also generally are just limiting who we see/what we do in general till covid is really down because it hits leukemia patients hard.  She has T-ALL so it's pretty rough.

Lots of pain, lots of grief. We find happiness in the moments we can - certainly changes the way you look at and feel about life in general.

Thanks for the kind words / prayers, I'll take all I can get. Warm thoughts to those who have gone through this before themselves or with family members

Hi Tyler. Good to see you back. Poor Larry has been trying to uphold the left point of view but without you and Micro it's a lonely job here. 😁

Very sorry to hear about your wife. Thoughts and prayers that she kicks it's ass and gets it into remission.

Offer has no time limit so anytime. Just the thought of what you two are going through brings a tear to my eye. Yes we see what is really important when our spouse is going through such things sadly I have been the one putting mine through a lot. I know your doing everything you can to be there for her so just keep doing that and she knows how much you love her and how important she it to you.

Genuinely, sorry to hear Tyler. It's a tough road.
We've been hitting the dispensaries on a regular basis. It's about the only thing that puts a dent in the chemo symptoms. All over the counter stuff doesn't do fuck all.  If you haven't gone this route yet. Please seriously consider it.
We're actually surprised at how long the symptoms are lasting after the chemo. her hair is coming back but still feels like trash daily.
Fuck cancer.
My wife still managed to sign up for her 5th year as a benefit ride for children's cancer. She's 4x her monetary goal this year. She was on some steroids for a week and able to do some riding. Hasn't done much in weeks. Hard to see such a positive person unable to muster.
