I've got an Okuma Genos M660 out in the parking lot. waiting on the movers to come. We have 2 M560's already and we really like them. Excited to get this one which has a little more travel  up and running. I couldn't figure out the pic upload thing or I'd would've included pics.

Looks like a great machine. Congratulations!

I took a peek at the M660 at imts. It looks like the inside sheet metal is a steeper angle than the M560. That should improve chip pile up issues. Our only issues with both of our M560 are getting chips out of the machine when running unattended

Yeah, that's my biggest beef so far too. Our M660 came with a chip shower option I'm anxious to see how that helps. The M560's really only have a problem for us when using a full flute chip thinning cut.

Yup we have started switching over to roughing with Helical solutions end mills with the chip splitters to keep the chips small. We also made our own wash down using the spare coolant pump.

Not sure how Haas stays in business with the release of the genos line.
