Here's a sampling of the bullshit we've got on out ballot this year.

Proposition 1 - Legislative Constitutional Amendment (California) - "Reproductive Freedom".
NO. There are already adequate laws on the books that make Abortion Legal here and it is in no danger of ever being overturned. EVER. Unnecessary bullshit. Just stop making bullshit laws.

Proposition 26 - Allows Gambling at "certain" horse racing tracks.
NO. Allow it everywhere or allow it nowhere.

Proposition 27 - Allows Indian Tribes to operate online/mobile sports books.
YES. Gets it closer to allowing everywhere. BTW, I do not gamble and I'm not a fan of it.

Proposition 28 - Provides additional school funding.
NO. Reduce administrative costs for school districts. You'll find the money there.

Proposition 29 - Requires on-site lic. medical professional Union Workers at kidney dialysis clinics and other rubbish.
FUCK NO! It's a ruse to get more dues paying union members contributing to the DemoKKKrats in Kommiefornia.

Proposition 30 - Provides funding by stealing from high income wage earners (which I am NOT in the category listed)
FUCK NO! Scam to subsidize more EV's that we can't even supply power to now.

Proposition 31 - Prohibits retail sale of "certain" flavored tobacco products.
NO. We need to thin the herd. Pull ALL the warning labels off EVERYTHING! Full send!

So... what kind of lunacy you all have on your ballots?

In case you don't like my take/explanation of the propositions, you can read them for yourself.

I will be voting no on all of these
I'm torn on Prop 31
Some of the stuff kids are vaping these days are close cousins to formaldehyde
They are turning their lungs into sacks of rotten meat,
but banning them wouldn't do any good so... ???

Just listened to the Freakonomics podcast about vaping on the way in this morning.

It's not the over the counter vaping stuff that's bad. They are all water or alcohol based.

It's the black market THC stuff that contains vitamin E acetate oil.

Proposal 22-1 A proposal to amend the state constitution to require annual public financial disclosure reports by legislators

Yes. the financial disclosure seals the deal ( assets, liabilities, income sources, future employment agreements, gifts, travel reimbursements, and positions held in organizations except religious, social, and political organizations) It also limits the time for State elected officials to 12 years max.

Proposal 22-2 A proposal to amend the state constitution to add provisions regarding elections.

No. Most of this proposal is good but the [Provide voter right to verify identity with photo ID or signed statement];
kills the deal. Anyone from illegals to out of state people can brought in and vote. By the time they are found invalid
the count is over and nothing will change. (Note last presidential vote)

Proposal 22-3 A proposal to amend the state constitution to establish new individual right to reproductive freedom, including right to make all decisions about pregnancy and abortion; allow state to regulate abortion in some cases; and forbid prosecution of individuals exercising established right.

No. Enough said.

That sounds like plain ole virtue signaling if it passes.

Just taking a WAG here.... if we were to remove all the duplicitous bullshit laws we have on the books, I'd be willing to bet we'd be able to shrink the Penal Code by a minimum of 30%.

Is Oregon controlled by the cities? If so my condolences.
