This should turn into a shitshow, most of the Sheriff's say they wont enforce the capacity law.
They have effectively Stopped all gun sales in Oregon.. Dec. 8th it goes into effect.
The background check backlog is more than 20k deep, gun stores are nuts.

Hopefully the Firearms Policy Coalition gets into the fight.

Since there isn't even a permit in place, any judge with even an elementary understanding of the US Constitution (not a given anymore) would issue a stay sua sponte.

Ya know, I used to think Kommieforniastan had a lock on all the idiots in the nation... your state though... holy shit... DEFINITELY giving us a SERIOUS run for our money. Man... that is a 100% ban on the purchase of firearms which is 100% in direct violation of the 2nd Amendment on the US Constitution. Not even open for interpretation.
