Indeed.
He seems like an intelligent guy, so I'm sure the evidence he has is under lock and key, hopefully in a safe-deposit box somewhere, or locked away for safe keeping with his attorney.

He knows the potential danger of having evidence that could bring down a U.S. President, so I'm sure he has taken precautions 'just in case something bad happens to him'... :yes:
