Was 1°c this morning and windy.  Watched the sunrise then climbed into the fridge to warm up.

OK, update time :)

Landed home in Oz yesterday. Will be back in Texas in a few weeks, this time for most of the year.
The trip was hectic AF, I barely left the workshop at all, so apologies for not making any attempt to catch up with Ya'll Sumbitches (My two new favourite words) :hrhr:   Watched amazing sunrises and sunsets from the shed door every day.  Managed to get partially acclimated to the cold, and learned to accept that drinking Natty Lite is part of my life now whether I like it or not!

Never did find any proper bacon, but did find a "real" bakery.  Also managed in my short time there to accumulate what the local media here would call an "Arsenal".  In Texas I believe it's called a "start".   ;D Now have to adjust to the morning pocket-pat routine of phone, wallet, keys.......but no gun lol.

Hoping to make the next trip a lot more organised, this one was a bit of a shambles.  The fellow I went over to help out was totally unprepared for what it would take to turn a backyard hobby here into a full on business there, despite me hammering the size of the step he was taking.  He gets it now, but wouldn't it be nice for people that ask your advice, to actually take it?

Will be reluctantly joining FB again so I can manage some business pages.  I'll try and look up all my old contacts from here, and happy to add some new one's as well.

Cheers

Bruce
