these were already controlled in my state and california. i have no details on other states.
sucks that they continue to restrict things they cannot enforce.

No they keep trying to find ways to help the criminals and punish law abiding citizens.

Someone threatened last week to go to California and F'up my girls in front of a Police Officer that knew this person after responding to many calls to the house. I was told there was nothing I could do, but have a report made about the incident. It was the 4th time I had to call the police trying to take care of my mom and dad's house. I have made it known come anywhere near me or my family and there will be consequences. I pray it is just the talk of a drugged out person, but having lived with that for the last 51 years of my life I cannot be to sure. I do end up having to defend myself or my family I worry I am the one going to prison. I will be moving to an undisclosed location and removing all traces of my home address from our company website.

Stay in Riverside County brother. You at least have a chance to not go to prison out here.

Not really, you could have a pistol brace on an AR pistol, the ATF said it was fine.

Now, if you put a pistol brace on anything w/ <16" barrel must register as an SBR or get your dog shot

The pistol braces were really pushing the envelope. The gun industry has really pushed alot of things, 80 percent lowers to the masses and making the kits too easy to finish, especially glocks, it was a matter of time. It's a great business model to push the limits and find a new work around to laws and alot of shops have profited from walking the line.

Do I agree with the flip flopping, absolutely not. But, the writing was one the wall.

It's only "pushing the limits" if someone thinks "... shall not be infringed..." doesn't mean what it says.

The NFA is complete bullshit and unconstitutional.

ATF should be a convenience store not a government agency.
