Signal app dead this morning.....  I'm hoping it's due to a flood of users, and not because it's been "cancelled".

Looks like a bit of a beat up.  They found a complicated way to read a message already stored on a phone without opening the app.  Not the same as being able to intercept messages remotely.

I guess it's possible they just crashed due to a flood of new users

My kid messaged me through it earlier today.  It took a couple hours to get through, but it got through.  I get similar results with SMS under the steel roof here.
