He just wasn't loved enough as a kid. We as a society need to coddle him some more and everything will work out fine.

He was sentenced to 8 years here in Cali but got an early release
I don't know how much time he actually did, but if had not received an
early release those 5 women would still be alive.

However, I think the non existent criminal justice system in WI is the least of his troubles
I suspect the families of the 5 Somali women he killed are planning their own brand of justice.
