Just so there are NO misunderstandings here; everyone that legally purchases a firearm must fill out an ATF-4473 form. Lying on it is a felony, and a federal offense. No if's and's or but's. FELONY! Most states also have punishments in line for people that lie on those forms as well.

There is no question lied on several items in section 11 of the form. Those facts are not even in dispute.

All the shitbirds clamoring and crying for more gun control... how about we enforce the laws currently on the books instead of creating new ways to infringe law abiding citizen's God given rights?

The question that should be asked of Joe Biden:

When he withheld the billion $ to Ukraine until they fired the Prosecutor General, why the Prosecutor General? With all of the corruption that exists through out their system why was it the Prosecutor General that he insisted had to go? Why not anyone else?

The actual answer is that the Prosecutor was investigating Burisma, the energy company that was paying Hunter (and by extension, Joe) millions of dollars for doing absolutely nothing.

You could directly ask Joe that question, but you may as well ask your dog to solve an algebra problem.

my guess is that he would say, you can't clean up the corruption without removing the person who refuses to prosecute the corruption.

USA Today covers for Biden with blatent lies. These quotes from the fact check article even contradict themselves.

QuoteIt's true that Joe Biden leveraged $1 billion in aid to persuade Ukraine to oust its top prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, in March 2016. But it wasn't because Shokin was investigating Burisma. It was because Shokin wasn't pursuing corruption among the country's politicians.

QuoteAs European and American diplomats pressed Ukraine to clean up its corruption, they focused on Shokin's leadership of the Prosecutor General's Office, which he took over in February 2015.

QuoteBurisma Holdings was not under scrutiny at the time Joe Biden called for Shokin to be removed, per the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, an independent agency that has worked closely with the FBI.

In 2014, Shokin had investigated Burisma for money laundering and tax irregularities, per USA TODAY.

QuoteAfter Shokin left the Prosecutor General's Office, Jan Tombinski, the ambassador from the European Union to Ukraine, called it "an opportunity to make a fresh start."

"I hope," Tombinski said, "that the new Prosecutor General will ensure that the Office of the Prosecutor General becomes independent from political influence and pressure and enjoys public trust."
