Keyseating Machines

Anyone have a good recommendation for a reliable keyseating machine.  We have an antique Mitts & Merril that we've fought for years to get it to work without blowing up cutters.  We'd be looking for a machine that could handle parts up to about 40" in diameter with as large a bore as possible.  Ownership is shy of going back to Mitts & Merril so other brands would be preferable.  Thanks for your input!!
