Replace the capacitor on the AC unit, that's 99% of problems with them.

Yup, two years ago my AC went out. I could hear the motor buzzing. I found a capacitor at an AC supply store about 20 minutes from my house for $11. I would have spent $150+ just to get an AC tech to come look at it.

Yeah late July/early August is typically the hottest here in Michigan. But we've been fortunate to have a very mild summer this year.

This morning's weather report showed three counties on the Michigan/Indiana state line as a heat advisory and a heat warning on the Indiana side. I guess Michigan must have banned the excess heat from moving into our State.

102 here with a heat index of 103. It's supposed to be 104 tomorrow then start cooling off. Upper 90s Saturday then continuing to cool off.

yep , last 2 days. I'm good for about 6 hours. It was 87 inside at 7 am when we walked in. it was 97 at about 1 o'clock fans are no relief and the heat headache really kicks in. Lunch isn't even considered just miserable after. I usually finish about 4 20 oz. waters.

and the clock really drags the last 2.

Pretty much just there for appearance, cause ain't no product moving.
