Yea, I just got mine last week.  This thing is a tank.

It's a bit inconvenient having to re-calibrate every time you move it to a new holder but it saves a lot of time when you're running a machine that you're boss was too cheap to add a spindle probe to - er, I mean, doesn't have a spindle probe.

I talked our GM into ordering a couple of these.
We have a production job that requires edge finding a groove wall
and holding a .004 trupo tolerance on a series of holes.

We've never had a problem with our experienced guys holding this tolerance,
but the youngsters are missing it every time.
My hope is using this tool will help the young guys get the work offset set correctly.
