Oh definitely...air pollution too.
The pollution from the rest of the world is just a drop in the bucket compared to those two countries with 1B+ people.

China just keeps building their coal powered electricity plants one after another and simply tells the rest of the world to fuk off and mind their own business.

Oh sure, they may even sign a treaty now and then just to make it look good, but they have ZERO intent on abiding by any of those treaties.

There is no more, and no less water on the earth than there ever has been. It's just in different places. Salt water is usable. Just ask Israel and Saudi Arabia. It's not as cheap as rainwater and snow runoff, but so what. It's there. It's available. And the loonies fight it.
