I read about a local incident. The delivery driver put the package on the porch, took a photo for prove, then picked the package back up and walked off with it. Unfortunately for him, it was all caught on a doorbell camara. Amazon has either refunded or replaced the lost items. They were for the woman's small business.

Happening more often than you think. There's video of a FedEx driver delivering, driving away then a short time later, walking up in different clothes picking up the package and walking off.

I have posted about this before, that a former co-worker of mine had his house burglarized one day a few years back.  He lives in a very rural area, but he does have one neighbor who is fairly close.  She told him the only vehicle she saw that whole day was a Fed-Ex truck.  She thought it was odd that the truck stayed parked in his driveway for what she said seemed like a half an hour or so.

Police questioned the driver, and he did indeed drop off a package there that day.
He told them he stopped there in that driveway for his lunch break.
Cops were very suspicious of his story, but they didn't have any evidence to charge him...
