Someone's been listening to Tool. I seem to remember carrots screaming.

Ah, to meat or not to meat. That is the question.

And what about cheese? I love cheese.

Cheese and dairy in general grosses me out. When you read how much somatic cells (pus from infection) the USDA allows in milk/cheese plus all the hormones that humans don't need that promote cancer growth. Even worse if you know how parmesan cheese is made...

"gross" over-simplification. LOL (pun intended)

How is it an oversimplification. The USDA has an actual standard and it is something 750,000 somatic cells per liter of milk. Likewise the hormones are very well documented and studied. one example; https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31089868/

calling somatic cells pus is kind of like comparing mushrooms to athletes foot, since they are both fungi.

What exactly do you think "pus" is made of

pus comes from Somatic Cells, but not all somatic cells are pus.

I like my pus and fecal matter Ribeye Steak medium. MMM good. Maybe that's why I hardly ever get sick. Pus - the covid jab replacement. 8)

I think you are cherry picking a detail rather looking at the big picture. High somaic cell counts indicates infection. The higher the somaic cell the more live and dead microorganisms in the milk. The USDA is ok with this.
