Yesterday we had all our kids and their boyfriends/girlfriends over for brunch. I snapped a picture of what I had to cook. Bacon, Sausage, French toast, etc. Don't worry though, I still made plant based brunch for the wife and I to eat.

My autistic son is pretty picky, but the other three usually eat whatever vegan food I make and don't complain. I only decided to go all in on the traditional breakfast because three of them invited their boyfriend/girlfriend. My kids are all young and still feel invincible. They are at that age that they can eat like crap all day and wake up feeling fine the next day. However, unlike the stubborn old guys on this forum, my kids are not science deniers. They acknowledge the truth about nutrition.

With our legally mandated, pooled health insurance, people choosing poor lifestyles resulting in increased healthcare costs are financially imposing their beliefs on you. When I can buy health insurance based on my health and lifestyle, like how life insurance is sold, I will gladly STFU.
