Don't forget also that many of the J6 protesters were COMPLETELY denied their basic rights when they were held indefinitely without being charged with any crimes, and many were delayed or denied legal counsel altogether for MONTHS.

I'm not giving the violent ones a pass either, but it's obvious to even the most casual observer that there is a two-tiered justice system that is 100% politically motivated.

THAT is the real problem IMO.  :yes:

The only point I've been trying to make through five pages of dissecting crimes committed on Jan 6th in an effort to defend a comment I made on page 1, and I know this isn't my crowd :D  is that Jan 6th wasn't a guided tour of the capitol as Tucker's video suggests, and there were people there who did deserve what they got.

Why aren't the two cops behind him arresting him?
The only thing he is 'armed' with is an American flag.

Here are two more cops within arm's reach of him, yet he walks right by.


Maybe not a 'guided tour' per se, but if he were breaking the law any number of police officers could have arrested him on the spot, yet they didn't.

So there is plenty of exaggerating going on from both sides of this for sure... :yes:

Yet it was for most. For instance Jacob Chansley, or who libtards call the QAnon Shaman. Sentenced to over 3 years in prison and 3 years of supervised release plus $100 fine. He was literally given a guided tour, with hugs, prayers, and handshakes with police officers. Is there any video of him damaging or fighting? He and many others were persuaded into pleading guilty by the trash they had for representation and now regret it.

Was his intended goal when he entered the Capitol to obstruct an official proceeding? Meaning, to prevent the certification of the election? Or was he just there to sight see?

Him being in the crowd of the first 30 people to breach the building probably didn't work in his favor.
