republicans should be careful not to be puppets themselves here. If he wants Biden re-elected, why would he say it out loud. could be reverse psychology, or even reverse-reverse psychology. Bottom line is, I would never let a word that comes out of his mouth influence my vote.

I don't think we have to worry about that for the majority of R's. There might be a handful of outliers but I think it's safe to say that won't happen. Now, if we start to see Putin in our daily feed constantly, then you know something is up because the D's control the media.

Agreed, one of the media lies that was obvious in that interview, to me, was, the fact that Putin does not have 1 foot in the grave like the media has been trying to convince us of during this war. On the other hand, Biden looks weaker and weaker in every outing while they keep trying to convince us that Biden is just as sharp as ever.

It doesn't matter what Republicans do or want.
We no longer have presidential elections. Our president is appointed by Dem party power brokers.
Republicans rolled over and allowed blatant in-your-face fraud to go unchallenged in 2020 and again in 2022.
Our national elections are a corrupt joke that would make a tin pot third world dictator blush.

The Dem party power brokers will remove Biden in early September  and choose who they want to be President.
Blue state and swing state registrars of voters will come up with the votes required to make it happen.

Neither Republican voters or Dem party primary voters have any say in the matter.
