This was before he came out as gay and married a dude.

Another person came out and said he walked in on Diddy railing the father on the show Family Matters (also the black cop in Die Hard that loves twinkies) and videoed it.

Apparently whenever he had sex with anyone he videoed it and was using those videos as blackmail and that's what the feds were after because they started hearing about the blackmail stuff.

So basically people who were down on their luck would come to him for money and in return he would say bend over if you want my money.
