I did a little more reading up on "Quiet on Set".

Turns out the filmmakers weren't totally forthcoming with some of the former Nickelodeon stars about the true nature of the documentary, at least according to a few who refused to cooperate once they found out it was coming from a child abuse angle.

Not sure if that's good or bad, but I do think the producers of any kind of documentary film in general should be open and honest about their motives and intentions before they start filming anyone. Not letting all participants know their intentions throws shade on the whole project IMO, and it appears like that is what happened in this case.

My kids used to watch all of those Nickelodeon shows back in the day, so I feel especially bad for those kids if they were actually being abused behind the scenes.

It's been a long time coming. The one guy from prison was just awarded $100 million.

You will now probably see celebrities speak up about this (like when Weinstien got indicted). IMO they can go fuck themselves since they should have brought it up immediately instead of putting that aside because fame and fortune was more important.
The other people who were hurt by him that are normal people need to speak up as well.
