I would be shocked if his attorneys aren't already working with the feds on a proffer as a prerequisite to a plea deal.

A proffer is simply a written statement made by a defendant, also called the 'king-for-a-day' deal.
The defendant names names and places and dates of known criminal activity by themselves and others, which the feds can either accept or reject as the basis for a plea deal, and further prosecution of others named in the proffer.

The feds then investigate allegations made in the proffer, and if they prove to be truthful, the defendant can ask for considerations in return, such as a lighter sentence for their own crimes, segregated housing while serving their time, or choice of federal detention facilities, etc...

Once a proffer is put down on paper, the genie is out of the bottle.
So if the 'powers-that-be' want to shut someone's mouth permanently, it is to their advantage to do it before the proffer is even drafted.

Well they raided 2 of his homes and seized a ton of computers and hard drives.
All of the names should be on those computers. It sounds like he documented everything for blackmail reasons.
Not sure what good it would do to name names for a plea deal unless those computers don't have all of the "culprits" involved.

It will be interesting to see how well Hollywood star power stands up against political power. Epstein had the dirt on high power politicians and royalty. So far all I see for diddy's leaked list is mostly rap music and actors. The political class probably doesn't think enough of them to orchestrate a visit from a Clinton associate.
