But hey, they just don't want to work for it.


I got lucky and bought right here.  Next year my condo will be paid off and I'll be officially debt free.  My condo went from being worth 160k to close to 400k since I bought it.

easy yes for me, but my skill and pay level was much lower. Even then, my current house was maybe 90k in 1990s dollars

I don't want to defend lazy turds from the younger generation. We've had plenty of them come through the shop.  It's a lot harder to make ends meet today then it was when I was in my 30's.

i wonder what the supreme court would ultimately rule if shanty towns really grow in popularity. It's a real F.U. to the mountains of regulations in Kali that virtually outlaws (economically unfeasible) the building of small homes.
 Can't argue with the lack of a mortgage.
