Chip fans

I dunno about that, those fans push some serious air flow!
We have one of the Lang collapsible 8" (?) fans and at 10k rpm it sounds like the Apollo rocket taking off.

The small one as in the one that opens up to 160MM? Yes. Well used it until the operator crashed it. The polymer shank is the thing I don't like about that one. I did have a blade brake off one from just use also, similar to the Redline ones. They do have rebuild kits tho.

Honestly, if I were to spend the money on the Lang, I would look at the Big Kaiser version of the same thing. Probably is the same thing, cept the Kaiser has a steel shank.

As far as blowing off coolant, they are pretty effective.
