I requested a requote less the Elite Success Plan.

This was the reply

They used to have the basic price of maintenance, then the vendor would add a markup.
Now I think the vendor markup is built into the price and the Elite Success Plan is just more padding.

The only support I've even needed was with getting licensing straightened out.
It was a real mess when Dassault took them over.

We have a full time Catia designer here now who builds manufacturing models for all our work.
I hardly use SW anymore. My employer has been keeping my personal seat up to date, but I'll be letting it go when I retire.

I work on the basis of, if you're a customer on maintenance, you get unlimited, and priority, support. No extra Gold Mega Plus Super Support, or Mega Star Platinum Elite Support plans. Just the quoted maintenance from the headquarters, and thats it.
