The digital signature doesn't match any previous EO signatures. No photo op or press conference. If he is so incapacitated that he couldn't even do any of those, then who is actually our commander in chief today. Did they swear in Kamala and are waiting for the right time to announce? If Putin deicides today is the day to escalate to nuclear against Ukraine, who is will handle our response? If China decides to roll into Taiwan, who will handle our response?

However, don't expect a straight answer from Karine Jean-Pierre or any of the other Biden lackeys.
I think people will get much better results by calling and emailing their US Representatives and Senators instead of relying on the bold-faced liars on Biden's staff or the media.

They have been playing this very close to his inner circle. I saw an article that claimed a Biden staffer was literally on the phone with election officials trying to shore up electoral votes for the proposed upcoming virtual vote when the Biden announcement hit X. Totally blindsided by the news. They were still running the plan to get him nominated while his withdrawal was being released. This seems to me like he is either dead or incapacitated.

Prediction; Biden will not finish his term. He may be dead or close enough now that he can't last 6 months. They will withhold the info/resignation until they get enough support for Kamala. Once they feel she will not be challenged at the convention, it will be announced Biden is resigning or dead and she will be sworn in.

Seriously though, the question is can an incompetent Kamala do more damage than a corrupt crime leader Biden did? I think Biden is actually worse than Kamala.
