My small, smooth brain would interpret "outlandish" as untrue, fictional, or lies.  Not really sure of the true definition, didn't Google it

Remember these and many things in life become clear;

• Hanlon's Razor = Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity.

• Occam's Razor = Explanations which require fewer unjustified assumptions are more likely to be correct; IOW avoid unnecessary or improbable assumptions.

• Hitchen's Razor = That which can be asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.
• Sagan Standard = Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.
• Einstein's Razor = The supreme goal of all theory is to make the irreducible basic elements as simple and as few as possible without having to surrender the adequate representation of a single datum of experience. IOW make things as simple as possible, but no simpler.

No.

For instance; Trump was playing golf the day after he was shot. The photo that was based on was from 2022.

There is video out now where Trump is saying

Of course people are saying that is proof Trump is planning to take dictatorial powers.

No one mentions that the last 15 seconds of his comments have been cut from the video.
Trump was making a joke.. and the WSJ cut the punchline.

The current scandal on X is
White Dudes for Kamala.. a "grassroots" effort that appeared out of nowhere over a 24 hour timeframe.
They collected $4 million for Kamala last night before X locked down the account.
The reason given is that there were multiple White Dudes for Kamala accounts.
I think we're going to discover that much of the $4 million collected is gone,
donated to copycat scam accounts

I think it's interesting that we have the media, with the exception of Fox, totally in the bag for Dems, big tech/social media companies, except Twitter, totally in the bag for Dems, and the entertainment industry 1000% to the left of Joe fuckin Stalin.

But in recent elections and polls for the next, voters are split 50/50.

With the overwhelming amount propaganda being produced proclaiming the Dems as defenders of democracy and the Repubs as fascist-Nazis-literally Hitlers, you'd really think they'd be getting more bang for their buck.

The way I heard Trump explain it was in the context of Christians, as a rule, having low voter turnout. He was asking them to come out and vote in this election. If they would do that, he would make things better and they wouldn't need to vote again.

Is My regular go to sites that are right leaning have dropped down from the selections.

for instance "Powerline" blog was always on top.

now when I click it , it is 6 sites down.

not so with my left leaning sites?

At the very least if something sounds outlandish, a person can investigate further to see if there's anything to it or not.

Some outlandish stuff does indeed turn out to be true.
