That resolution only covers the direct national security interests of the US should Iran develop nuclear capability, which both the Obama and Biden administrations helped them to achieve. 

If Iran attacks Israel, Biden and Harris will likely do nothing because neither one of them gives a rat's ass about our only ally in the Middle East.
