Did he really have a recurring segment called "Aids Update"  where he would mock people who died of aids playing songs like "I Know I'll Never Love This Way Again" in the background while naming off the dead people?
I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

He put Al 'Chicken Little' Gore in his place way back in 1992 when actual debating and real journalism were still a thing.
Listen to Gore's predictions of gloom and doom from almost 30 years ago.
None of that happened.
Rush was right, and Gore was and still is, dead wrong.

Yes, and he regretted doing that and he publicly apologized.
Not making excuses for him, but we've all said and done things we regret.
