That would be in the same category and considered a revocable trust. But yes, and I'm sure an attorney specializing in trusts and such or possibly even a realtor would be able to pinpoint the proper direction to go.

Ok Mea Culpa time...
 Having escaped the peoples republic of Kommieforniastan for Charlotte, the rumors are true as to the investor takeover of Single Family Residences. It seems far more concentrated in this market than I could have imagined. Combine this with the corruption of builders implementation of CC&R's that dictate HOAs its a challenging market here.
 The good news, as I've espoused here, is my rent is less than buying to the tune of about $700. Still not the magnitude of savings as in other markets.

I believe this is true in Kommifornistan as well.
I get two or three calls a week from people wanting to buy my house.
They are always Asian.. some speak English so poorly they are barely understandable, some speak perfect English.
They are very very pushy and will not accept a no thankyou. I have to hand up on them 100% of the time.
My back yead is big enough for a duplex and I suspect when I sell they will bulldoze my pine forest and fruit trees
and build a duplex. They a spot where 2 people live will have a dozen.

What made you choose Charlotte??

Wife has a brother and sister in-law that we stayed with for almost 2 months prior to getting a rental a couple days ago.  The kicker is a i'm less than 3 miles from the shop and if things change I can rent somewhere else, since metalworking is in a good way here. 21 years of being mostly underwater in kali and having to deal with the overcrowded roadways
